IN BOILERS / HEAT EXCHANGERS

Not destroyed by the scales and corrosion and thus multiplied their lifetime. Prevents costly damage (punctures, burnt resistors). It allows the maximum performance. Becomes energy economy because studies showed that limscale 1 mm thick increases the energy transfer time between two surfaces by 6-10% and the required energy by 7-15%. Thus the use of AQUA SOFT II brings gain in time and energy (oil or electricity). Stops electrolysis. It also significantly reduced and abolished the use of specific chemicals which besides cost are harmful to humans and the environment.

IN STEAM BOILERS / STEAM GENERATORS

Exactly the same as those applied in the boilers. Also, especially for steam boilers except that no recapture limescale and they are protected by electrolysis and corrosion will be improved to 10% efficiency of the steam and reduce 10% the time the system starts to produce steam. This is because water in the normal state begins to boil (i.e., to release gases - information water to begin to disintegrate the need first to free the gas) at around 85 to 90 degrees, while in the treated water due to the reduction of the surface tension of voltage begins to boil at a lower temperature than the untreated (reported case starts to boil by 55 degrees). This results in more efficient operation of the boiler and the reduction of energy use required to produce steam.

IN AIR-CONDITION (HEADUNITS - COOLING TOWERS / ZILLER) 

Full salts detachment. The compressor is cooled and fixed working at full performance. No problems are created in the cooling tower and piping.

IN WATER COOLED SYSTEMS - COOLING TOWERS

After using the electronic water processor AQUA SOFT II will have more detail the following results: 

Fully remove the limescale from the interior of the closed circuit piping, and the cells, thus avoiding: 

a) The deterioration of cells and their replacement 

b) The erosion of the walls of the bowl and oxidation. 

c) The cost of chemical cleaning (chemical-downtimes). 

d) The temporal decay of the towers because of chemical cleaning and particularly the alternator. 

e) The increased power consumption which comes from the performance reduction of cooling capacity of the circuit because of the deposits of calcium carbonate. 

THE APPLICATION OF AQUA SOFT II ON COOLING TOWERS YOU HAVE:

2. Desalination (reverse osmosis)

Desalination Reverse Osmosis is the leading scientific way of water purification.

Desalination is especially useful in areas where there are no local water supply. This can have very good quality water for use and with low costs, even drinking!

The reverse osmosis systems or desalination units have to be full to adequately meet the needs of Industry. The produced water must be completely processed, so avoiding problems (e.g. corrosion) during use. It is also important that desalination plants to meet all those requirements to ensure their smooth operation at the lowest possible operating and maintenance costs.

The operating desalination cost for pure water production, from brackish water (up to 12,000 ug / cm, from well drilling), ranges 0.35 € -0.40 € per cubic meter of fresh water.
