MARINE INDUSTRY

 

Protecting the most demanding system exists as application. The evaporator and steam condenser. Also the engine cooling system or the generator with fresh or sea water, turbo- charges, ballasttanks, pipes etc.

Generally where application of fresh water or seawater and therefore scale problem and even more particularly when it is heated at high temperature. Protection of the entire hydraulic system (Fresh Water), from scales, corrosion, rust, electrolysis means vertical reduction of chemical, cracked and corroded pipes with huge replacement costs, the sharp decline in human service cost, the vertical reduction of maintenance care and repairs.

The same applies where the circuit is made of iron. There is created a saturated epitetartoxeidio iron having a blackish appearance. Therefore the use of anodes are no longer needed. Neither does it affect the protective coatings but acts even if in some places has become a detachment of the coating.

 

IN BALLAST TANKS - UPPER TANKS SHIPS

Placing the water supply of ballasttanks - uppertanks (can also be placed after the discharge pump so covers the entire system simultaneously ballaststanks) have detachment looserust and what remains is converted into saturated epitetartoxeidio iron having a blackish appearance and is inert. The water networks - no internal pipes destroyed by salts and electrolysis - corrosion and thus multiply the lifetime.

 

Prevents costly damage significantly reducing corrosion - electrolysis, rust. This is evident from the marked reduction of anode wear protection simultaneously increasing significantly the life.

Neither does it affect the protective coatings but acts even if in some places has been delamination of the coating wherein there is created coverage saturated epitetartoxeidiou iron. Efficacy is proportional to how much more water stays in the water networks and ballasttanks - uppertanks. A small recirculation helps speed the result.

Desalination Reverse Osmosis is the leading scientific way of cleaning water.

This method offers the possibility to Marine Industry to produce clean water they need, from the sea.

Then from desalination we can produce water with low conductivity for specific uses.

Desalination systems have to be full to adequately meet the needs of the ship. The produced water must be completely processed, so avoiding problems (e.g. corrosion) during use. It is also important that desalination plants to meet all those requirements to ensure their smooth operation at the lowest possible operating and maintenance costs especially for reasons specific conditions at sea, (excellent quality, simple operation, ready system built for chemical cleaning of the membranes, an automatic rinsing system with clean water, the whole circuit of the descaling after the completion operation etc.).
